How do I reserve a kitten or get on the wait list?
Le Cat Cattery believes that each family should fall in love with the correct kitten and not feel obligated to take one, this is exactly why we offer a pick and pass wait-list. Please contact us for more information on how we work. **no waitlist for now**

Where can I find information on upcoming litters?

We update our social media every week if not daily, future litters will be pinned a the top of our facebook account. You can also send us a message requesting information.

How does the reservation process work?

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the kitten, if for a unforseen circumstance you are not able to take the kitten the deposit will be transferred to the next available litter. The balance is due 2 week before the kitten is ready to go home.

At what age are kittens ready to go home? Do we ship?
Our kittens will be ready at 14-16, placing kittens in the perfect home is one of our main goals as well as their health. At 14 weeks kittens will go home fully vaccined, distempered, medical history, CFA registered, fixed and insured. We currently deliver our kittens personally for an extra fee, we do not for any reason ship cargo.

How about updates on my baby?

We are crazy picture takers, you will receive pictures and videos every other day, your phone might get saturated but we love our families to be part of their growth!

What is the range price on Le Cat's kittens?
Each kitten is priced individually once they have opened their eyes, there are many factors to take into consideration for pricing. Our ESH and ELH start at $2200. Yeah, we understand that you can find cheaper kittens, but are you willing to take the risk?  There are many great and not so great breeders out there, be very careful. Here at Le Cat we keep constant communication with our families even after the kittens have left, we are always open to any questions, so go ahead and ask.

Do I need to fill in an application?

No, we do not require an application, but once you have decided to adopt a kitten we require a FaceTime call. This call will allow us to meet you and your family, we will also be able to ask questions to one another and even better we will take you on a tour through our house so you can meet all the cats but more important get to see your baby live.

Can I sell my cat if I can no longer care for it?
No, as per our contract cats can not be sold or leased to anyone. Once you let us know about your situation we will take back our kittens/cats and place them with one of our families, the money will go to the current owner.

How does the insurance work?
Our insurance is immediate, you do not have to wait to use it. Each state works different so when you call to change the insurance under your name they will explain everything. Each illness has a deductible but its a life time one, meaning once you meet the deductible it will be covered 90% for all his life.

Why can't I give my kitten the Feline leukemia vaccine?
You can but at your own risk. There is not enough research that actually proves that this vaccine works and protects the kittens, actually there are many reports that show that many patients who got the shots have cancer on the spot where it was administered.

Health tested, how?
Every cat we have made part of our breeding program has been tested by Davis University in CA. They are negative for PKD/FIV and FeLV, that means kittens are negative.
